As a Symposium of the The 4th International Conference on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Control  (RAIIC 2025), NOTAA 2025 will be held in Chengdu from July 4-6, 2025. NOTAA 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Neurodynamic Optimization Theory, Algorithms and Applications to a common forum.

The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Neurodynamic Optimization Theory, Algorithms and Applications and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. All papers submitted to NOTAA 2025 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-3636-7), andsubmitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
