The 2nd International Conference on Robotics, Artificial intelligence and Intelligent Control(RAIIC 2023) wraps up successfully
8月12日,在中共绵阳市委人才工作领导小组办公室和绵阳市教育和体育局大力支持下,由西南科技大学发起,联合成都信息工程大学、哈尔滨工业大学、加拿大奎尔夫大学、俄罗斯政府联邦金融大学、新加坡科技设计大学共同主办的第二届机器人、人工智能与智能控制国际会议(RAIIC 2023)在中国绵阳富乐山九洲国际酒店隆重召开!
The 2nd International Conference of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Control (RAIIC 2023) was successfully held in Mianyang, China during August 11-13, 2023. RAIIC is a forum for presenting excellent results and new challenge that facing the field of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Control. The conference was initiated by Southwest University of Science and Technology and co-sponsored by Chengdu University of Information Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, University of Guelph, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and Singapore University of Technology and Design.
来自加拿大、俄罗斯、新加坡、中国等国内外的学术泰斗,以及清华大学、同济大学、华南理工大学、中国科学技术大学、哈尔滨工业大学、东北大学、山东大学、电子科技大学、河海大学、莫斯科理工大学等中外70个高校和科研院所的300余名专家和师生线下齐聚,共同研讨机器人、人工智能与智能控制领域的最新科研成果和发展趋势,探索国际学术交流合作。呈现了一场内容丰富的高水平、国际化、前瞻性的学术盛宴。
Academic leaders from Canada, Russia, Singapore and China, as well as more than 300 experts, teachers and students from 70 universities and research institutes, including Tsinghua University, Tongji University, South China University of Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Harbin Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, Shandong University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Hohai University and Moscow Polytechnic University, gathered offline. Jointly discuss the latest scientific research achievements and development trends in the field of robotics, artificial intelligence and intelligent control, and explore international academic exchanges and cooperation. Presented a rich content of high-level, international, forward-looking academic feast.
Opening Remarks 大会开幕致辞
开幕式上,中国工程院院士范国滨指出,绵阳市作为中国科技城,始终秉持开放合作的态度,积极构建全方位、多层次的对外开放格局。希望大会搭建国际科技人才交流平台,以合作交流提升科学研究水平和人才培养质量,推动绵阳市高精尖产业的培育发展,加快绵阳科技城建设,共享科创发展新机遇。
At the opening ceremony, GuobinFan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, pointed out that Mianyang City, as China's science and technology city, has always upheld the attitude of openness and cooperation, and actively built an all-round and multi-level opening up pattern. It is hoped that the conference will build a platform for the exchange of international scientific and technological talents, enhance the level of scientific research and the quality of personnel training through cooperation and exchange, promote the cultivation and development of Mianyang high-tech industries, accelerate the construction of Mianyang Science and Technology City, and share new opportunities for scientific and technological innovation and development.
西南科技大学校长黄琦介绍道,西南科技大学是四川省人民政府与教育部、国防科工局双共建高校,是教育部确定的国家重点建设的西部14所高校之一。近年来,学校充分发挥“政产学研”联合办学体制机制优势,瞄准世界科技前沿,聚集国家重大战略部署,协同推进控制领域学科建设和科技创新,取得了突出的建设成效。期望以大会为契机,站在更高起点大力推动机控制学科内涵式高质量发展,为共同推动国家机器智能事业作出更大贡献。
Prof.Qi Huang, president of Southwest University of Science and Technology, said that Southwest University of Science and Technology is a university jointly built by the people's Government of Sichuan Province, the Ministry of Education and the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and is one of the 14 universities in western China designated as national key construction by the Ministry of Education. In recent years, the University has given full play to the advantages of the "government-industry-university-research" joint school-running system and mechanism, aimed at the world's scientific and technological frontiers, gathered major national strategic deployment, and coordinated the construction of disciplines and scientific and technological innovation in the field of control, and achieved outstanding construction results.
